Returns should be made within 14 days of your receipt of the goods to be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note. We can only accept returns made outside of the 14 day time period (up to 28 days) if the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt. Please ensure that you check all items when you receive them and report any faulty or damaged goods upon receipt of your order to orders@lisou.co.uk.
