Love Lisou!

This was my first Lisou purchase having only recently discovered the brand but it will definitely not be my last! The dress fits perfectly, the service was unbelievable (shipped to Australia within a matter of days) and the quality was excellent.

Very surprised & unhappy with the customer services of this reputable company.
My experience has been very disappointing.

Thank you for your review. We are truly sorry you were disappointed with our customer service support. Please note we are a small company and we receive an immense amount of queries. Unfortunately, we are unable to answer all requests straight away, specially those received outside of working hours (Tuesday to Friday - 9AM to 5PM. When contacting customer services you receive a reminder of our opening times).

After reviewing this, I can see your request was resolved first thing on Tuesday and the issue revolved around a wrong email address provided which is out of our control. I understand this can be very frustrating but, as a small independent company, our customer service team works extremely hard to meet all of our customers expectations.

Absolutely gorgeous

Just love this dress - feels wonderful to wear and the fabric is beautiful. A wow thing which makes me feel happy! I size up with Lisou as I find the sizes a bit small.
