Brexit Service Update

Whilst we continue to work through the Brexit transition period, there will be some temporary changes to some dispatch and delivery processes for our international customers. Find details of all the changes below, and please don’t hesitate to contact our team at help@lisou.co.uk if you have any further questions.

EU Delivery 
Due to the Brexit transition, we may experience unforeseen carrier delays when processing international orders. You will receive an email confirming when your order has been dispatched and we will ensure your order is delivered to you as soon as possible.

Customs & Duty
Due to the Brexit transition orders to the EU will now be subject to additional customs and duties. Lisou pays all import taxes and duties on your behalf. In the rare event that these charges are passed on to you , please contact us with proof of payment and we will reimburse you. In addition, our carriers will complete all necessary customs paperwork to ensure there are minimal delays with orders from EU countries.

EU Returns

Our returns EU policy remains the same and you will not be liable for any import duties or VAT on all items being returned to us in the UK.

Customers Ordering from Northern Ireland
We anticipate that there may be some delays in orders being received in Northern Ireland as the new systems and processes are established. If your order is delayed for any reason, our carrier will contact you to confirm the delay and new estimated delivery time.

Returns

We care very much about the quality of our products and the service that we offer here at Lisou. However, if you are unhappy with any of our products and would like to return any items that you have purchased from us, we will be happy to replace a product or issue a refund, provided it is returned in a re-saleable condition, unused, and within the original packaging. Please ensure all items returned are unworn and all tags attached in order for a refund or exchange to be processed.

 

Returns should be made within 14 days of your receipt of the goods to be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note. We can only accept returns made outside of the 14 day time period (up to 28 days) if the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt. Please ensure that you check all items when you receive them and report any faulty or damaged goods upon receipt of your order.

Pre-ordered items should be returned within 14 days of your receipt of goods to be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note.

We will only refund the value of the items returned and basic delivery charges. We will not refund the costs of return postage. 

Refund of payment will be made to the credit/debit card or payment account  you have used to pay for the goods. If vouchers have been used to pay for the product, you will receive the refund in credit note.

If you are returning a gift, the refund will be made to the original credit/debit card or payment account used for purchase. We are happy to exchange your gift for products of the same value. 

Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

UK Returns

International & EU Returns

For all International & EU orders, if you wish to return or exchange any items received from us, please email us at orders@lisou.co.uk with your order number and we will email you with your shipping labels and instructions on your return.

For Returns outside of the UK, we advise you to return the goods by Registered Post or similar. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit therefore, we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

If you are returning goods from outside of the EU you must attach a customs declaration describing the goods as “BRITISH RETURNED GOODS” stating that the products are being returned as they are either unwanted or faulty.
