If you purchase a product from us, your credit/debit card information is not held by us. It is securely collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.

Epsilon Abacus (registered as Epsilon International UK Ltd), a company that manages the Abacus Alliance on behalf of UK retailers. The participating retailers are active in the clothing, collectables, food and wine, gardening, gadgets and entertainment, health and beauty, household goods and home interiors categories. They share information on what their customers buy. Epsilon Abacus analyses this pooled information to help the retailers understand consumers’ wider buying patterns. From this information, retailers can tailor their communications, sending people suitable offers that should be of interest to them, based on what they like to buy. Epsilon Abacus may transfer data outside the EEA. The transfer will take place in the presence of appropriate safeguards, including standard data protection clauses adopted by the EU Commission.
Strategy Seven (registered in England and Wales), process data for us, such as transactional information in an anonymised way for the purpose of business insight. This process highlights pending patterns and allows us to identify suitable prospects to receive an offer or introduction from us via the post. They and their partners also process names and addresses for the purpose of mailing our catalogue and emails for the purpose of mailing our catalogues.
Klaviyo is the Email Service Provider (ESP) technology platform, on which your email address is shared with. Klaviyo uses built-in GDPR compliant forms to capture consent and may collect additional personal data if submitted by the user. The user may also be contacted by phone (text) if a phone number is submitted. This platform enables us to send marketing communication to those who have opted in.
