International Returns

We care very much about the quality of our products and the service that we offer here at Lisou. However, if you are unhappy with any of our products and would like to return any items that you have purchased from us, we will be happy to replace a product or issue a refund, provided it is returned in a re-saleable condition, unused, and within the original packaging. Please ensure all items returned are unworn and all tags attached in order for a refund or exchange to be processed.

Returns should be made within 14 days of your receipt of the goods to be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note. We can only accept returns made outside of the 14 day time period (up to 28 days) if the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt. Please ensure that you check all items when you receive them and report any faulty or damaged goods upon receipt of your order.

Pre-ordered items should be returned within 14 days of your receipt of goods to be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note.

We will only refund the value of the items returned and basic delivery charges. We will not refund the costs of return postage. 

Refund of payment will be made to the credit/debit card or payment account  you have used to pay for the goods. If vouchers have been used to pay for the product, you will receive the refund in credit note.

If you are returning a gift, the refund will be made to the original credit/debit card or payment account used for purchase. We are happy to exchange your gift for products of the same value. 

For all International & EU orders, if you wish to return or exchange any items received from us, please email us at with your order number and we will email you with your shipping labels and instructions on your return.

We advise you to return the goods by Registered Post or similar. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit therefore, we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

If you are returning goods from outside of the EU you must attach a customs declaration describing the goods as “BRITISH RETURNED GOODS” stating that the products are being returned as they are either unwanted or faulty.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

EU Returns

Our returns EU policy remains the same and you will not be liable for any import duties or VAT on all items being returned to us in the UK.
