INSPIRING DESIGN AND CREATIVE WRITING
We believe in the importance of creative outlets, giving children a way to express themselves. With this in mind, we reached out to every state school in our area of West London ; the Royal borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The aim was to target both primary and secondary schools, allowing pupils to create their own scarf designs and win the chance to have them manufactured and sold online
All profits go directly back towards the winning schools art department. Each winner also received art supplies in the hope that they are encouraged to continue in their creative endeavours..
THE LIFE TRUST
A part of our core belief is to make a positive global impact. Throughout every season a piece from each collection is chosen as a stand-alone print and piece, with all profits from sales donated to our chosen educational and medical charities in East Africa.
WOMEN SUPPORTING WOMEN
Last year in honour of International Women's Day, Lisou collaborated with Spry Workwear to design some exclusive utility-style boilersuits featuring our signature flying lady trim, inspired by the strength and resilience of women.
10% off all Profits from this collaboration went towards the amazing Lady Garden Foundation, helping to raise money to support research for Gynaecological Cancer.
SUPPORTING THE NHS
During what was a very difficult 2020 we decided to make a donation to the Royal College of Nursing Foundation to provide hardship grants for nurses who may be unable to work themselves due to infection or whose families may fall ill.
In addition, Lisou donated 20% of profits on all sales for three months to the Royal College of Nursing Foundation COVID-19 Support Fund.
