Very quick and efficient remedy to an error I made with an on line. Rectified with no time and very pleasant exchange with customer services. Love the new collection so far.

Lovely skirt

I am usually a 12 but that did not fit so I went for a 14 which does sit better. Stunning colours and rather unique. Delivery through DPD was a nightmare both times. I paid for next day delivery both times but both parcels were many days late and their tracking system was telling me nothing and the skirts eventually just turned up. Lisou immdiately did the right thing and refunded my postage but they should not have had to do that.
