How long does it take to process my order?

We aim to deliver goods ordered by you within 3-5 working days to the address provided to us for delivery of your Order for UK standard delivery, and up to twenty-one (21) working days for International delivery.

Where does Lisou ship to?

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email to the provided email address. Once your item is ready to ship, we will follow up with a shipping notification so that you may track your item.

What is Lisou returns policy? 

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. If not, returns should be made within 14 days of your receipt of the goods to be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note. We can only accept returns made outside of the 14 day time period (up to 28 days) if the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt. Please ensure that you check all items when you receive them and report any faulty or damaged goods upon receipt of your order.

How do I process a return?

For all UK orders, if you wish to return or exchange any items received from us, please use this portal to submit your returns request: UK Returns Portal.

For all International & EU orders, if you wish to return or exchange any items received from us, please email us at customerservice@lisou.co.uk with your order number and we will email you with your shipping labels and instructions on your return.

Can I return a gifted order?

If you are returning a gift, the refund will be made to the original credit/debit card or payment account used for purchase. We are happy to exchange your gift for products of the same value. 

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed. 

We will only refund the value of the items returned and basic delivery charges. We will not refund the costs of return postage.

Refund of payment will be made to the credit/debit card or payment account  you have used to pay for the goods. If vouchers have been used to pay for the product, you will receive the refund in credit note.

What is your returns policy for EU & International orders?

Returns should be made within 14 days of your receipt of the goods to be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note. For all International & EU orders, if you wish to return or exchange any items received from us, please email us at customerservice@lisou.co.uk with your order number and we will email you with your shipping labels and instructions on your return.We advise you to return the goods by Registered Post or similar. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit therefore, we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

If you are returning goods from outside of the EU you must attach a customs declaration describing the goods as “BRITISH RETURNED GOODS” stating that the products are being returned as they are either unwanted or faulty.

What if I receive my order and it's damaged?

First and foremost, we hope this does not happen to you. In the event that it does we sincerely apologise in advance. Please contact us upon receipt of your order at customerservice@lisou.co.uk, and we will work diligently to resolve the issue.
